Scope
Richard and Yogita needed a visual positioning that felt profoundly human yet clinically grounded. By breaking away from cold medical design formulas, we engineered the complete Brand Visual Identity including Logo System, and an intuitive Landing Website.

As it can be seen below the older product & branding had gone stale over time. More over product’s positioning started to lose it’s touch with the modern clientele.

Richard & Yogita are long term professionals in their field and best thing about that is they knew exactly what they wanted to convey in brand identity.
This clarity allowed us to break away from the traditional back and forth drafting process. Instead, we sat down for one-on-one collaborative sessions where I sketched out ideas in real-time based on our conversation. This was a phenomenal success, as it allowed us to align on the final design much faster than a standard drafting cycle.

Branding Guidelines
Here the biggest challenge was how can we walk away from traditional identity of psychotherapy field whilst keeping the product grounded with Richard and Yogita’s vision.
Over multiple iterations, I finally reached a eureka moment once we re-read all major customer reviews over time and started to connect dots to see a clear pattern of consumer needs, wants & expectations.

Landing Product
The challenge here was to build a duo faced landing website. Richard and Yogita both run their separate practices, even though both are professional clinical psychologist their working style and practices differ significantly.
To resolve this in the most efficient way possible I used a persistent navigation trigger, styled to give equal weightage to both of them.
We ended up with a unique landing page which hosted both of them and their own individual profile pages which communicated individual ideologies & services separately.
